Not only has she jumped through legal and regulatory hoops to launch a multi-million dollar US-based business in Canada, she also wears multiple hats at IMPACT. She’s the researcher and strategist. She a learner and adopter of innovative practices. She’s a speaker, consultant, and trainer. She’s also building a dynamic team of experts through an awesome workplace culture.
Prior to launching IMPACT, she was in the trenches of sales and marketing in the tourism industry. A globe-trotter by nature, her boots-on-the-ground approach to exploring new opportunities internationally is why IMPACT is successful.
She’s adventurous, hungry to travel the world, and is always willing to try different foods – bugs are not out of the question. When not working away to make IMPACT the best it can be, you can find Deborah climbing mountains, diving in clear waters, or mentoring female business owners.

Maryanne is a superhero both in our eyes and our clients’.
She has an expert ability to drill down and understand what our clients need (even when they can’t articulate it). Combining her skills as a marketer with her creative sensibilities is how she creates marketing solutions that deliver a strong ROI. Prior to joining IMPACT, she was the founder and publisher of Stimuli magazine. She’s also been the Chair on a board of directors for a non-profit faith-based organization. It’s these experiences that make her a force to be reckoned with both at IMPACT and her everyday life.
When not strategizing, project managing, or problem-solving, you can find Maryanne behind a book, travelling the world, relaxing by – or in – the water, or helping women develop the skills and confidence to step into leadership.
Digital Content Manager
Jessica is a wonder with words.
An award-winning writer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, she’s currently in a Master’s program at Washington State University working to improve herself as a digital marketer and strategic communicator to better aid in bringing forth innovative, cutting edge campaigns.
She has worked in the journalism field as the editor of a newspaper, ventured into communications working with the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, and now is in a position that has sparked a passion for digital marketing.
When not in front of her computer writing away, you can find her in the kitchen (she recently mastered baguettes), dragging her fiancee out for a photoshoot, or on the ice braving the puck as a goaltender.
Ami is an expert in all things tech.
With a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and a thirst for continual growth and learning, she started her own startup business back in Iran. Equipped with leadership skills, a tenacious, go-getter attitude, and a strong knowledge of SEO, she made her way to Vancouver and joined our team as the SEM manager.
When not sifting through keyword research or designing and optimizing web pages, you can find Ami exploring the city on her bike or traveling the world with her hubby.
Trisha is a master of many trades.
She’s led sales teams for several media organizations. She developed systems, training processes, and both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. She created and oversaw the product launch of a new dog care product line selling to retail stores throughout Canada and Washington. She also developed a photography business, getting the chance to travel worldwide and capture the beauty of people and places.
When not busying herself with her many side hustles or developing systems to increase IMPACT’s efficiency, Trisha enjoys spending time with her cuddly golden retriever.
